Appointments
Consultations take place by appointment only.
If you have any health question you can find reliable information at this website: GP info
If you can’t find the answer, or if you want to make an appointment, please call us. To help you better the assistant will ask for the reason of your call and will ask you some questions. In most cases she can help you yourself and sometimes she has to schedule an appointment with the doctor for you. The assistant, like your GP, is obliged to treat your information confidentially.
Please call the assistant on workdays between 8 am and 12 noon.
For each appointment with the doctor we reserve 10 minutes and that is needed for the doctor to help you with one question or health-complaint. If you think you need more time, for example for more complaints or a longer conversation, report this to the assistant when making the appointment.
Then that can be taken into account in the agenda.
If you have airway complaints we will ask you to wear a mouthmask.
For urgent matters an appointment is possible on the same day.
Telephone (call back) consultation hour
The GPs have a telephone call-back consultation hour from 11 am to 12 noon. For short advice and discussing results.
At busy times this can also be at the end of the afternoon consultation hour.
Visites
If it is not possible to get to the practice for medical reasons, you can request a home visit before 10.30 am. Because in practice there are better research and treatment methods, it is always preferable to come to practice.
Repeat prescriptions
To request repeat prescriptions, you can:
– Via the recipe line (preferable), call the practice number (choice 2). This can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
– Apply via the website patientomgeving You have to register once.
– Via the repeat service of your pharmacy, only for chronical medication.
If you do this before 10 a.m. you can pick up the medication at your pharmacy the next working day after 4 p.m.
